Football Club : Year 1

Wednesdays: 3.40pm to 4.30pm

Your child is invited to apply for a place in our after school Football Club. This will be on Wednesdays, starting from 21st September from 3.40pm to 4.30pm. The club will run for six weeks, costing £2.50 per session.

 

If your child is offered a place, £15.00 will need to be paid upon acceptance. The Club will take a maximum of 20 children and if demand is high and your child is not offered a place, their name will be placed on a waiting list, in the event that other children decline their offer.

 

If your child is interested, please complete the form (which you will find in your book bags) and return to the Office by Tuesday, 13th September.

Lyndhurst Football Team - Years 5 and 6

Fridays: 3.30pm to 4.45pm, with games on Saturday mornings.

 

If your child is selected, the team training sessions will begin on Friday, 30th September, with pick up at 4.45pm.  Please note that if your child is selected for the team, there could be up to 15 Saturday morning matches. Italian Club - Year 2

Mondays: 3.45pm to 4.30pm

We are very excited to offer a new club for Year Two children; Mrs Appasammy is offering to teach the children Italian! This will take place on Mondays from 3.45pm to 4.30pm.

 

Italian Club will start on Monday, 19th September and initially will run for five weeks at a cost of £3.50 per session. Full payment of £17.50 is due when a place is offered.

 

If your child is interested in joining our new Italian Club, please return the slip (which was put into the book bags) to the Office by Monday, 12th September.

CrossFit Kids Club - Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2)

Thursdays: 3.45pm to 4.45pm

We are pleased to offer children in Key Stage One the opportunity to join Mr King’s CrossFit Kids Club which will be on Thursdays after school. The first session will be on Thursday, 22nd September from 3.45pm to 4.45pm. There is no charge for this Club.

 

Children will need a PE kit in order to participate. We anticipate that this will be a popular club and advise that a waiting list will be compiled if numbers exceed twenty.

 

If your child is interested, please indicate on the slip (which was put into the book bags) and return to the Office by Wednesday, 14th September.

Chess Club

Tuesdays: 3.40pm to 4.40pm in the Math's Room

We are delighted to extend an invitation to Year 4, 5 and 6 children to join our Chess Club, which will be run by Oliver Morley. This will be on Tuesdays, starting from Tuesday 20th September and will be from 3.40pm to 4.40pm in the Maths Room.

 

Chess Club will run for five weeks at a cost of £6.00 per session. The full amount of £30.00 is payable when a place is offered. Please note that children will be learning and playing chess and no prior experience is necessary.

 

If your child is interested in Chess Club, please complete the slip you received in your book bags and return it to the School Office, asap. If you have mislaid your slip, or would like further information, please make further enquires at the School Office.
