We have lots of linguists at Lyndhurst! 


Many children come to school already speaking another language with their families. 


From Year 4 to Year 6, all children learn French with Ms Worthington once a week.

News from the Summer...

Sailing into Summer...

The children watched a French play on Friday 14th July. The show was called Shipwrecked en France and was acted in a mixture of French and English.
Did you know...
During Science Week, children learned how to describe and name body parts. Some of their lovely written work was displayed in the Science Week Exhibition.


Class Act...
Nile Class (Reception) performed Tête, épaules, genoux et pieds (Heads, shoulders, knees and toes) brilliantly in French in their class assembly.
